A non-refundable session fee must be paid in advance, to reserve a session date and time. (For my part, I will make every attempt to adhere to our original date; if I am unable to do so and we are unable to reschedule, your fee will be refunded.) I will travel up to 20 miles from my Santa Monica base for a session; distances beyond that require special arrangements and may involve travel fees.

In addition to the session fee, an image processing fee must be paid four weeks prior to my delivering a finished set of photos from a given session. I prefer and strongly recommend a period of four weeks between my shooting a session and delivering its results, since that ensures the quality of my product; if quicker results are important to you and my schedule permits, a "rush" turnaround of one week may be arranged in advance, at double the normal processing fee (the session fee remains the same). In all cases, the processing period begins only after payment of the processing fee; that is, I require payment in advance for my processing effort.

In addition to the cash discounts indicated above, I offer the following repeat-business discounts and referral reward.

Repeat-business discounts (for same child, group, or party session) within:

	13 months of previous session: 30% off 
	25 months of previous session: 20% off 
	37 months of previous session: 10% off 

  (These discounts are applied to whatever my rates are at the time of
   booking or 6 months in advance of shooting, whichever is later.)

Referral reward

I offer a $100 referral reward for each new client you bring me. This reward applies only once per new client that you identify and is paid to you only after the referred client has paid both session and processing fees in full. The referred client must, when first contacting me, identify you as the one who referred them to me. The total of the rewards you can earn this way is not limited to the amount you paid me yourself; you can make more money from our association than you spend—in fact, you do not even have to be my client yourself in order to be eligible for these rewards. This offer may be terminated at some time in the future, without notice.
